Meet Scott DaRos, Owner of CR3 American Exteriors. As the owner, Scott’s days are filled with answering calls, coordinating with contractors, ordering materials, and growing the business. Whether it’s taking care of logistics or planning for the future, Scott is hands-on every step of the way.

Scott’s start in the industry goes back decades, when he founded APR Roofing—which stands for Affordable, Professional, and Reliable. His commitment to these core values built his reputation locally. Eventually, Scott joined the CR3 franchise to expand his reach, helping more homeowners make their properties safe and beautiful.

What Scott enjoys most about his job is helping people on their worst days. He knows that nobody likes needing to fix a roof, and many customers come to him feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Turning a negative experience into an enjoyable one is what motivates Scott every day.

When he’s not working, Scott loves going camping with his wife and their twin children. He’s also an active softball player and enjoys relaxing with friends whenever he gets the chance.

Scott’s favorite piece of homeowner advice? Tackle your roof and siding at the same time—you’ll save time, stress, and money by getting both projects done together.

Meet Eddie White, Exterior Remodeling Expert at CR3 American Exteriors. Eddie’s days are spent helping homeowners solve their exterior project needs, visiting job sites, and creating accurate estimates. He’s known for his unique gift: if you’ve got a problem, Eddie’s got a solution. From siding issues to roofing dilemmas, Eddie knows just what to do.

What Eddie enjoys most about his work is the power of transformation. He loves taking something a homeowner isn’t happy with and turning it into something beautiful—something they can truly love and feel proud of. That process of change is what keeps him inspired every day.

Outside of work, Eddie’s heart belongs to his family and the outdoors. He treasures time spent with loved ones and enjoys escaping to the mountains of New Hampshire whenever he can.

Meet Micah Grezel, Exterior Remodeling Expert at CR3 American Exteriors. With over a decade of experience in roofing, Micah spends his days helping homeowners, visiting project sites, and putting together estimates. He’s passionate about building connections in his community and loves being part of the CR3 team.

For Micah, the biggest reward comes from transformation—turning houses into homes. He knows that a lot of people don’t quite feel settled in their space, and he takes pride in changing that. If your house just doesn’t feel like your home, Micah’s mission is to help you fall in love with it.

Outside of work, Micah enjoys watching sports and hiking with his loyal dog, Cash. Whether he’s outdoors or cheering on his favorite team, Micah values time spent relaxing and recharging.

His top tip for homeowners? “Vinyl is final!” Once you put vinyl siding on your house, you won’t want to switch back.

Meet Devin Grover, Exterior Remodeling Technician at CR3 American Exteriors. As the newest member of the team, Devin spends his typical day bringing materials to job sites, completing roofing tasks, and making sure every measurement is just right. With plenty of energy and a fresh perspective, Devin is working his way up to becoming an exterior remodeling expert.

What Devin enjoys most about his role is learning more about roofing every day, helping homeowners improve their homes, and getting to drive around the state to see new places. It’s an adventure that keeps things interesting, and Devin brings plenty of enthusiasm to every job.

Outside of work, you’ll find Devin on the golf course or studying for his Associate’s Degree in college. Balancing work and school isn’t easy, but Devin is committed to both his education and career growth.

His top advice for homeowners? “Make sure you sign your contract on time! So many homeowners forget that crucial step.” With Devin on the job, you can count on attention to detail and a friendly reminder when you need it.

Meet Beth Baral, Marketing Manager at CR3 American Exteriors. Beth spends her days creating engaging social media posts, ordering fun promotional swag, and designing as well as running the company’s marketing events. She’s been in the marketing field for years and was actually the office manager for CR3 even before it became the company you know today. Now, she loves the social aspect of her role—making connections and helping the business grow every day.

What Beth enjoys most is spreading the word about a great company and helping people learn about their homes in ways they might never have considered before. She finds real satisfaction in shining a spotlight on CR3’s values and services, making sure homeowners have the information they need.

Outside of work, Beth is a creative force—she loves cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and son. She also runs a local women’s education nonprofit, and on top of that, she’s illustrating two children’s books!

Beth’s favorite tip for homeowners? “You don’t know what you don’t know!” She believes it’s crucial to get as much information as possible about your home and how it works, so you can make smart decisions and keep your home in top shape.
